The first pocket is green and represents the beginning of the story; the last is red and represents the closing event. Each pocket in between corresponds to a story element: characters, setting, story starter, events 1 through 4, and solution. The symbols are labelled on the back for teacher reference. The programme includes scripted lessons and practice stories that walk clinicians and teachers through the story-building process from the first session.
