Attainment Company, is a family-owned business in Verona, Wisconsin. The founder, Don Bastian, has led the company for 40 years. Since its inception in 1979, it has been Attainment Company's mission to help people with disabilities succeed in school, work, and life with practical and easy-to-use products. 

Attainment Company teams up with universities nationwide to create research-based curricula and digital tools for students with intellectual disabilities or autism. Their first major project, Early Literacy Skill Builder (ELSB), developed with the University of North Carolina-Charlotte, was a pioneering reading program based on five key reading instruction components. Since then, Attainment has released curricula in math, science, self-determination, language arts, and professional development for teachers.
