Articulation Skill Strips® R and R Blends

Articulation Skill Strips® R and R Blends is a photo card set targeting R and R blend articulation across four levels of complexity, designed for use by Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with students in grades prekindergarten and up and children ages 3 to 11.

One hundred and eight double-sided photo cards presenting 216 words, 162 phrases, 108 sentences, and 54 scenes give Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) a single, progressive resource for moving R articulation from the word level all the way through conversation.

Articulation Skill Strips® R and R Blends targets prevocalic R, vocalic R (AR, ER, OR, AIR, EAR, and IRE), R blends (BR, DR, FR, GR, KR, PR, and TR), and R combinations, with 12 to 16 target words per sound. The 108 double-sided cards (8½" x 3¾") progress through four levels: words, phrases, sentences, and conversation, with each level building on the targets practised in the level before. The humorous, illustrated and photo scenes keep students engaged through repeated practice. Divider tabs separate sounds for quick navigation.
