Classifying Photo Fish™ Magnetic Game

Classifying Photo Fish™ is a magnetic fishing game targeting sorting and classifying skills, designed for use by Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and teachers with students in grades prekindergarten through grade 6 and children ages 3 to 12.

Fifty-five magnetic foam photo fish across five everyday categories give Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and teachers a hands-on, motivating game for building sorting and classification skills through structured pretend fishing play.

Classifying Photo Fish™ has students use a magnetic fishing pole to "catch" foam fish from a large plastic pond, sorting their catch into the correct category as they reel them in. The 55 foam fish are labelled with photo stickers of everyday items across five categories: Transportation, Clothing, Animals, Food, and Around the Home. Five "Category Catch" fish serve as wild cards and additional reinforcers. The tactile, game-based format naturally motivates extended practice with categorisation and classification.
